Anyone mention Larry Elder having shows on FNC? Saturday and Sunday. I didn’t watch it but I think I heard he was going to be a part of their weekend lineup now. Not just a one time thing?
I like Larry Elder. I hope it works out.
Now, once again, what is going on with Joe Scarborough?
I know Andrea Mitchell will be on every day this week.
Did anybody hear the reason Joe is not there again!!
Does anyone remember the time he had a “back problem” and they held his show for him for months and months.
“FishbowlDC has the details on the birth of baby Jack Scarborough, born prematurely to Joe Scarborough’s wife Susan. The “day-to-day situation” explains much of Scarborough’s absence recently from Morning Joe.”
I caught the Larry Elder show, it wasn’t bad. I only caught the last 15 minutes, but I’m a big fan of Larry. Hopefully FNC will keep it on.
Does anyone know why they dropped the Laura Engram (sp) show? I enjoyed watching that over their boring election coverage. Don’t get me wrong, I love election coverage, but when there really isn’t anything going on and there won’t be much happening for a couple more months, why take off something entertaining for the same crap the other networks are doing?
lurker: I thought that Larry Elder’s “Showdown” moved too slow for an FNC show.
Mdzakk: Laura Ingraham was given a three week tryout which has now ended. Today E.D. Hill assumes the 5pm ET hour but nobody is saying whether she is permanent or whether Hemmer/Kelly or even Gibson/Nauert will ever return.
IMO, Jon Scott is an excellent anchor. I remember watching him during 9/11 (shortly >9am edt) as it was happening. He was so cool. Right off the bat, he mentioned Osama bin Laden as a possible culprit…I was impressed. I believe he is talented enough to anchor a network evening news broadcast.
…I noted E. D Hill is today hosting the FNC 5pm hour. It didn’t see much of Igrahm the last couple of weeks. Does it look like Laura was simply trying out in an attempt to develop at new show. What do y’ll expect to happen in the near future concerning this hour.
Fox News Channel is clearly struggling in the 5 PM slot. I was surprised when they ended Just In with Laura Ingraham so soon! I enjoyed her show very much. I found it to be entertaining and educational. I wouldn’t have thought Laura would bring such low ratings.
I’m glad E.D. Hill is now hosting America’s Election Headquarters. I found Bill and Megyn to be a little annoying at times. Like they were always trying to sound “hip” and “young.” It didn’t work for me.
I watched Showdown with Larry Elder on Saturday. As much as I like Elder, I was not impressed by his show. He can do much better than that. Showdown was very slow-paced and dragging. I was surprised the show got zero advertising in advance, too.
Didn’t the three week trial of “Just In” come when she was locked out of her radio show? And does anyone know if she has been let back in? I thought I heard her on the radio the other day.
Why is FNC insisting on shoving their bumbling idiots (Friel / Earhardt / Briggs / Morris) down our throats … on F&FW … and now subbing during the week??
The second I see or hear one of them … The channel on the tv gets changed … I’d rather watch infomercials than those 4 idiots …

Does anyone know if Kimberly Guilfoyle is still with FNC? I really like her and think she is sooooo much smarter than Martha!!! Just sayin’.

Kimberly is on Geraldo’s show.
Yes, I knew about the premature birth of Joe’s child.
