What’s on your mind?

Bose speakers. That’s what’s on my mind. If this comes up as a video clip, I’ll smack myself.

  2. What’s on my mind – other than pshychedelic Cream songs, most excellent – is that the whole world has gone all “Joe Wilson” on us. Serena Williams threatened to shove a tennis ball down a line judge’s effing mouth, then Kanye West jumped up onstage during a teenage country singer’s acceptance speech at the MTV VMAs to shout about Beyonce not getting the award. Lovely. He was right, of course – Single Ladies kills – but still…

  3. There hasn’t been that much excitement in tennis since Jimmy Connors and John McEnroe hit menopause…

  4. other than pshychedelic Cream songs, most excellent – is that the whole world has gone all “Joe Wilson” on us.

    ‘There’s something happening here,
What it is ain’t exactly clear,
There’s a knucklehead with a gun over there
Telling me Glen Beck told him to beware…’

I was just a tyke for most of the sixties but I know I don’t want to go through that again.

  5. Major terrorism bust in NY City? With members of Congress being notified of the arrests/action?

That latter point is intriguing. And disturbing.

Hmm, with the President speaking there today?

1+1 = threat on the President?

  6. I hope the House Dems are watching Hardball. They’re drafting a ‘resolution of disapproval’ against Joe Wilson, which Chris warns – as I did last week – could backfire on them. Leave it to the Democrats to not know when to leave well enough alone.

Great, Blago is on. We can all change channels now…

  7. If the folks at Newsweek really are in the tank for Obama, I’m pretty sure this is not how you’re supposed to do it: Ouch.

Plan B anyone? And I ain’t talking Medicare Plan B either.

  8. Did it seem as though Huckabee had an awful chummy interview with Blago this week? It’s all fun-and-games once they start selling a book.

  9. That’s because the Huckster is the ultimate hypocrite & panderer.

  10. BREAKING NE… well, it’s not really “NEWS” but it might be of interest…

    *BREAKING INTEREST*

I got a note from my father who said he was listening to Steve Malzberg (a conservative NYC talk-radio guy) interview Geraldo Rivera. Apparently, Rivera got fed up with Malzberg and hung up on him! The conversation went to Judge Sotomayor… and Malzberg called her a racist, and that’s when Geraldo gave up, and ended the interview.

    BUM BUM BUUUUM

  11. I don’t understand the media’s fascination with the little crook. He’s a corrupt, unemployed former politician. Good. Bye.

  12. Hey… Look at that. The Situation Room is finally in HD.

  13. “The little crook” is Blago.

Good for Geraldo. An intelligent conversation is one thing. More horseshyte about ‘reverse racism’ is absurd.

  14. The Situation Room is finally in HD.

Unfortunately, it’s still The Situation Room. ;-)

  15. For those interested (and before someone says something snarky)… this is the conversation with Papa-INB:

Papa-INB: I was just listening to Steve Malzberg
Papa-INB: he was interviewing Geraldo Rivera
Papa-INB: Rivera hung up on him
ImNotBlue: well, initially i’d call that a lose-lose situation… Malzberg and Rivera
ImNotBlue: BUT… that part makes it more interesting
ImNotBlue: why did he hang up?
Papa-INB: well, you know Geraldo is so PRO Latina
Papa-INB: and Malzberg is a real ideologue
Papa-INB: he called Sotomayor a racist and Geraldo lost his patience
Papa-INB: just interesting that Geraldo just couldn’t go on any longer and hung up
    ImNotBlue: ha!
Papa-INB: now Malzerg is saying he ‘wiped the floor with Geraldo’…he’s such a butt head

I wonder if O’Reilly (or even Hannity) will talk about it tonight. Doubtful, if you ask me…

  16. Governor Huckabee stated during his first show that every guest regardless of anything, would be treated like a guest in his own home. I assume Mr. Huckabee keeps his valuables locked up in a strong safe somewhere in the bedroom.

  17. Along with the guns and ammo.

  18. ^
He keeps his axe out, though. Cheap guitar joke. Sorry…

  19. I’m sure the Bible is always nearby as well, in case he gets the urge to do some thumpin.
