HOT: Jimmy Carter hijacking this weekend’s health care push.
NOT HOT: Beck’s show looks like an evangelism hour on TBN. Unbearably boring.
NOT HOT: Obama’s message again being derailed. Whether it’s his own doing, or somebody else’s, someone with a ‘D’ in front of their name always manages to screw it up. With Dems like these, who needs Republicans?
HOT: Carl Cameron appears on Red Eye and says ‘cap & trade’ sounds “sexually suggestive”, and wants to hear more about Kimberly Guilfoyle’s “luxurious bath”. Why do they let their anchors on this show?
NOT: FNC Ad. Seriously, they used the CNN tower shot for the ad photo and then they claimed CNN didn’t cover the story.
NOT: NBC News Layoffs. Zucker is looking to cull another 500 from the ranks. NBC News reaction? There are 500 people left to lay off?! Zucker still has his job?!
Hot: Roger Ailes. Not only is he/FNC leading the political debate, but the money he is making. With is addition of Imus to FBN, it won’t be long before FBN picks up 20 more million households and FBN will be in the black.
Hot: Fox Ad against their competitors. The competitors took the “bait” and they keep FNC is the news. Tons of free publicity. Besides the ad is correct. Those networks have not covered the “sleeping giant that has been awoken”. Sure they had cameras there, but of course they mocked the protesters etc. Never actually covering the story. Heck, ABC’s newsman didn’t even know about Acorn.
Hot: Bill O Reilly — consistently doing over 6 million a night these days. Its unbelievable his viewership.
Hot: Jeff and Hannah. Great story on Jeff in todays NY Times. True patriots!
Hot: Red Eye celebrates 600th show. The show continues to post great ratings. Close to 400,000 a night.
Not: CNBC throws in the towel on prime time programming at the worst time. Now they won’t be able to say anything about Imus in the morning.
Not: Jimmy Carter trying to use the race card because Obamas presidency has been a failure.
Not: Obama all over the place and Rasmussen reports the highest disapproval to Obama care. He needs to shut up. He’s just hurting himself by his overexposure.
Hot: Vivendi leaving open possibility of unloading 20% stake in NBCU.
Hot: Juliet Huddy-everyones favorite Fox and Friend stays with FNC.
Not: More layoffs for NBC/MSNBC. But as long as Keith has his $8M a year salary ( yet almost half the viewers when he signed that deal) and as long as his girlfriend keeps her job at the weather channel who cares?

I’ve got two nominations
NOT: FNC Ad. Seriously, they used the CNN tower shot for the ad photo and then they claimed CNN didn’t cover the story.

HOT: Beck and his role in helping to dismantle the corrupt ACORN.
NOT HOT: Dealing the race card from the bottom of the deck. MSDNC has been the worst (what a shock).

Hot: Beck, as everyone else has mentioned
Hot: Cat video (sorry, I know it’s not cable news related, but it’s VERY CUTE. It’s all over the conservative websites I frequent):

Hot: FNC Wed over 1M for prime time in the “demo”
September 20, 2009 at 1:38 pm
Not: FNC ad and their producer rallying the crowd.
