What’s Hot

CNN.com re-launches – CNN saw to it that everyone knew that it was going to be launching a new improved version of CNN.com starting tomorrow.

What’s Not

White House vs. FNC – It keeps getting worse and worse for the White House in a losing battle it never should have decided to fight. The latest example: trying to exclude FNC from a pool interview with “pay czar” Kenneth Feinberg.

CNN Atlanta goes HD, sort of – CNN finally filled the big hole in its HD lineup by having Atlanta start broadcasting in HD. Bad reporting – CNBC’s erroneous reporting on Microsoft’s guidance gave the network a self-inflicted black eye.

Must not disrupt Imus broadcast? – FBN’s questionable decision to stick with an Imus interview of Sean Hannity instead of covering a Ben Bernanke speech was seen by some, including myself, as a confirmation of what would happen once Don Imus joined FBN.
