Anyone care for some softball?

Johnny Dollar tweets that Shepard Smith said during Studio B that O’Keefe will give his first post-arrest TV interview on Hannity Monday. Is there really any point in tuning in?

Update: Easy way to tell how this interview will go down…

1) If O’Keefe’s lawyer is with him, expect at least some real questions.
2) If O’Keefe is by himself, change the channel…

  1. O’Keefe will at least be interviewed on fox. msnbc trashed him on this matter, but refused to cover ACORN. The people that trash fox needs to take a honest veiw of msnbc ( the place for liberals.)

It’s gonna be a Hannity drool-fest, regardless of who’s there with keefie.

  3. I’d prefer to see him interviewed on FNC by Hemmer, Kelly, MacCallum, Smith… or even O’Reilly. Sean Hannity is not a good interviewer whether or not he’s “for” or “against” the interviewee.

  4. You’d think that guys like Hannity or Olbermann would have enough of a sense of humor to throw in a tough question now and then, just to make a few dozen heads snap. Do that ‘Jon Stewart’-doubletake.

  5. -Hannity or Olbermann

I’d be happy just making one of their heads snap.

Poor MSNBC this was supposed to be the story that would help them destroy the Conservative movement..but it ‘s becoming more clear that O’Keefe was only at Landru’s office to expose that her and her staff were purposely trying to avoid angry voters over her sellout to Obama care he was wrong in the way he did it but this is not no where near being Watergate Jr…and after that make a deal and get a slap on the wrist ..MSNBC will have to make excuses to keep covering the story.

    Becoming more clear to whom?

If all you want is video of staff ignoring ringing telephones, why do you need access to the telephone closet? Just FYI, telecom equipment is a frequent target of terrorists, spies and thieves. Which is why phone closets are locked.

  8. Watched the interview. I would have preferred one by Shep Smith, or Bill Hemmer, or Megyn Kelly. Still, it wasn’t totally fluff from Hannity and I’m surprised. He asked three times by my count if O’Keefe had any complaints about the manner of his arrest and the guy wouldn’t answer. He was clearly uncomfortable with the question.

While I call it “not totally fluff”, I don’t mean to say that it qualifies as a hard news interview; it clearly does not. I’d be interested reading steve’s take, since he went to journalism school.
