Damien Hoffman: Charlie, was there any specific reason you moved over to FOX?
Charlie: I always wanted to work for FOX. People keep asking me “What happened? Why would you want to work for FOX?” FOX is a place that’s good for me. I would have come here sooner if I didn’t have a very labor intensive book. I couldn’t just start a job while taking off two months.
I needed to put a lot of time into this job. I’m doing a book now called Bought And Paid For — the unholy alliance between Wall Street and big government. But it’s not the type of work as The Sellout.

Hope he covers the relationship between the big Citi Dems , and treasury sec. Rubin. (Elimination of Glass Steagall) .
It’s the public perception that these wall street honchos are free market capitalist and likely Republicans. In fact, most of them are big government ultra liberal activist Democrats that thrive on crony capitalism. Jamie Diamond is probably one of Gore and Obama’s biggest supporters and fundraiser. If you think they are fighting for free markets/ and limited government your sadly mistaken. They love regulation that protects their industries and market positions. (I’m not saying they do anything illegal but the public perception that most of these people are limited government fat cat Republicans could not be further from the truth). We need to break up these monopolies!
