Not hot: Keith Olbermann kinda endorses Greene after Olbys, interview with Greene. Keith said after the interview was over, that he (Olby) still preferred Mr. Greene over Mr. DeMint, while displaying that little sh$t eating grin he does when beening sarcastic.
You would think some of the other news outlets would have picked up on that little jewel.
Thinking the obvious, that DeMint is a weasel, is not news.
HOT: Rachel’s amazing coverage of the Gulf.
NOT: Chris Wallace saying it’s only fair that the super-left-wing seat left behind by Helen Thomas should go to Fox News..then realizing he screwed up the “fair and balanced” BS he’s supposed to believe in.
Hot: Jensing’s back.
Hot: News that Zucker may be out soon.
Hot: Saudi Arabia reportedly offering overflight rights for Israeli bombers attacking Iran… even “complicated” doesn’t quite describe Middle East politics.
Hot: Helen Thomas blow-out coverage.
Not: Coverage of Obama’s “ass kick” answer, and finally agreeing to meet with BP execs. Should have been a “summons” instead of a “meeting”, and should have taken place long before being asked about it so the simple (and correct) answer would have been, “yes”.
Not: FBN’s increasingly Libertarian perspective. While I’m not opposed to this point of view, it doesn’t strike me as being “business news” oriented. It’s more… political advocacy. A little is fine but it doesn’t help me much with my investment choices.
NOT: Picking on old people for looking old. It’s been everywhere all week. Jon Scott on Fox News Watch, reacting to the Helen Thomas cell-phone video: “I thought I was looking at the Blair Witch Project or something.” Someday you’ll be old, Sparky. I’d like to punch that guy in his smug, square jaw.
Hot: What Joe just said. Helen Thomas would be distasteful regardless of her age or appearance. I admired the fact that she was still out there, at her age, regardless of how out there she was…at any age.
HOT: Judge Napolitano’s new show on Fox Business – FREEDOM WATCH. Very good – but why is it on Fox Business instead of Fox News where it belongs instead of all the “repeats” Fox News shows in prime time on the weekends.
HOT: Bloomberg TV – the best business coverage on cable.
NOT: The Willis Report – should be a once a week show (if that) but daily is nothing but a snooze fest.

Hot: Chris Jansing’s return as an MSNBC anchor. She never should have left. Better late than never, but I’m glad MSNBC fiinally realized that.

Hot: Carly Fiorina “insults” Hannity, then goes on show and gets forgiven. At the end of the interview, Hannity gets Fiorina to complement is hair. Then Sean mentions that people email him a lot asking if its real, and he insists its real, even going so far as to pull on it. http://www.mediaite.com/tv/carly-fiorina-faces-sean-hannity-to-explain-open-mic-gaffe-comments/

-Hannity forgives insult-
Not hot. Of course he’d forgive the slight of a candidate for US Senate. Hannity’s a parrot but not a dumb one.

Greene and Olbermann for president and vice. In that order. What a gas that would be.
June 12, 2010 at 6:47 pm
Spitzer for vice would make more sense. I crack myself up.

Clinton/Spitzer. The jokes write themselves.
