Piers Morgan to CNN?

Britain’s The Sun writes that Piers Morgan is about to ink a deal with CNN…

PIERS Morgan is to seal a £10MILLION US telly deal this week – making him one of America’s richest TV stars.

The former newspaper editor, 45, will take over from veteran interviewer Larry King, 76 – as the top presenter on CNN.

It will be the first time a Brit has landed a prime-time chat show on American TV.

Wonder why CNN is doing so poorly as a cable news network? the two most prominent names being floated as a replacement for Larry King are Piers Morgan and Ryan Seacrest. Geeesshhhh.

This is the same Piers Morgan that mocked President George W. Bush for falling off a Segway, but yet he falls off a Segway and breaks three ribs. And more importantly, he did a “Dan Rather” when he published hoaxed pictures of British Soldiers abusing Iraqi prisoners. He refused to apologize and he was fired from the Mirror. What are you thinking CNN?
