”They are visionaries who are helping to shape America’s future. The doers, working for change. Sean interviews…” some military guy, and, wait for it…Chris Christie, Bobby Jindal and Sarah Palin. Does he work at being predictable, or is it just effortless?
Hannity is like Drew Barrymore in 50 First Dates. He starts all over again every morning with no memories. “Hey, who’s this conservative brunette? She’s pretttttyyyy..”
There’s so much to this. I’m trying to imagine any abuse to a woman that would be considered a laughing matter in any context. It would certainly be unthinkable for any male ‘abuser’ to be interviewed with anything less than an accusatory tone, and rightly so. It’s just assumed that she told the truth, and that her ‘response’ was perhaps justified, and even amusing.
Interesting to see Gov. Christie getting defensive about his Disney trip. He’s acting like the issue is that he and the Lt. Gov. we’re both gone. Lame. The Lt. Gov. is in Mexico with a sick parent..nobody has a problem with that. It’s about Christie being at Disney World during a storm event. He can defend/explain that all he wants, but to drag the Lt. Gov. in as if that was the problem is stupid. And unlike him.
Maybe it’s just me, but here in Wisconsin where we get a lot of snow we never give the governor grief when the snow plows are not out moving the snow. It is really a local issue where the mayors make the decision about snow removal, ie. when to start to plow, how much salt to use, how long they need to be out, what streets to plow and in what order. In my town they actually plow the bike paths before some of the streets since we have a mayor who is in favor of “alternate modes of transportation”. The year we had over 100″ of snow we had the same type of situation where someone had a heart attack shoveling snow and they died because the ambulance could not get to the house. The bike paths were plowed but the streets were not. The mayor got grief but not the governor.
Maybe it is different in the east but here the governor is out of the picture unless the the issue is with travel on the interstate system.
Yes, we use bike paths in the snowy winter. The governor, here, has nothing to do with snowplowing unless there’s a need to call in the national guard for some reason. And since the airports were closed, how was Gov. Christie supposed to get back from Florida, anyway?
The lovely and talented Courtney Friel had a New Year’s baby. Cash Hudson. Is that a great name, or what? His country music career has been preordained.
Congrats to the Friel family, although the women of Fox have a habit of giving their babies some rather ridiculous and/or pretentious names.
And we know what you’re trying to do with that “lovely and talented” manure, but it’s not gonna work. You can’t get to either of us the way it’s so easy to rattle a coward.
^ No, we freally don’t so I have recorded Red Eyes to watch. And some Dirty Jobs. Speaking of, I should email Mike Rowe and ask him if he wants to work a trauma centre on New Year’s Eve.
Yep, DVRed Red Eyes are my backup, too. They’re probably gonna rerun the New Year’s special at midnight tonight. I hope so, ’cause the title change bypassed my DVR last night.
Good luck with that. Sewers and decomposing pigs you don’t see every day, but trauma is old news. Heck, you got TV-shows about bariatric surgery now. ‘Medical’ has been done.
I ended up missing Red Eye on New Years Eve, and thought I’d watch a rerun of it (or another episode) last night. However, I forgot about it until last night at 12:55 a.m.
So hoping to catch a rerun of ANY Red Eye episode, I go to the channel guide, and see that Fox has an early morning schedule of John Lennon and John Stossel, with both programs being repeated! And there was some other boring program in there as well.
Seriously, who does FNC’s weekend programming? The Lennon and Stossel programs were good for one viewing, but I’m sure everyone has seen them by now, so let’s move on already. Red Eye is actual entertainment, and it’s current/timely, so why not put it on instead also-ran documentaries?
To be fair, sometimes Red Eye can be pegged to a specific day’s news and events, which would make reruns a little stale. But this is the time of the year when most TV is rather stale, because nobody is working.

FNC is carrying a hostage situation at a bank in Texas.

Red Eye New Year’s eve special at 12:30 ET. You prolly already knew but just in case. And, you do like Red Eye, right? Or, am I dazed & confused?
December 31, 2010 at 3:19 pm
Thanks, LS. I love Red Eye and you’re dazed and confused. So are they. And me..
Yes, I knew, but I appreciate the heads up. Gutfeld is gonna be on the New Years Special before, too.
Btw, he was here last week tweeting from a club a few miles from me. Of course, I read it 19 hours too late! I was so bummed.

They plow the bike paths? As a cyclist I find that heartwarming, but as a sane individual..WHO’S RIDING BIKE PATHS IN THAT WEATHER?

Well that was fun. Back to work.

Anderson Cooper laughs uncomfortably with the best of them. He is endearingly able to be continually scandalized, after all these years. Love it.

The link problem seems to be a wordpress issue, since it’s happening on at least one other wp blog today.

ICN will be taking the next couple of days off…
You know Spud is just celebrating the unusual date, 1/1/11. Won’t be “one” like this until November.

What about 1/11/11?

What about 11/02/2011?

11/11/11. C’mon people, that one totally rules over yours. Boo ya!

Snort.
@KeithOlbermann Judith Miller just criticized Julian Assange for not verifying info before printing it. Fox News should have a laugh track.
