CNN New Congress Coverage Plans

CNN will broadcast live, special coverage of the opening of the 112th Congress, to include the swearing-in, the election of the Speaker of the House and subsequent ceremonies. Anchors Wolf Blitzer, Candy Crowley, John King and Ali Velshi, along with members of the Best Political Team on Television, will provide comprehensive coverage and analysis beginning at noon ET.
