EXCLUSIVE: CAPT. CHELSEY SULLENBERGER SPEAKS OUT AGAINST AMENDMENT TO FAA LEGISLATION
NEW YORK—MARCH 31, 2011—“Miracle on the Hudson” hero Captain Chelsey Sullenberger will speak out tonight against Rep. Bill Shuster’s attempt to amend FAA legislation requiring airlines to increase pilot training. The FAA bill, passed in July 2010, allows for quick implementation of stricter airline regulations. The amendment submitted by Rep. Shuster (R-Pa.), however, requires that extensive analysis of each regulation be conducted before implementation. The exclusive interview will air on MSNBC’s “The Ed Show” tonight at 10 pm ET.

Program Note: James Cameron on MSNBC’s “The Dylan Ratigan Show” – Friday, April 1
New York- March 31, 2011 – James Cameron, Oscar-winning director of “Avatar” and “Titanic,” will appear as an expert panelist on Dylan Ratigan’s “Steel on Wheels” energy summit on Friday, April 1, 2011.
Cameron’s interview will air on the final day of Ratigan’s energy summit, which gathered experts such as Boone Pickens and former CIA director James Woolsey to discuss the United States’ energy policy and the need to end the country’s dependence on Mid-East Oil.
The three-day energy summit is part of the “Steel on Wheels” tour, which was launched in collaboration with the Nucor Corporation in December of 2010.
