Maybe it’s just me but isn’t the Imus grumpy old man on park bench shtick is getting real old. Occasionally there’s a good line; here it’s the Chris Wallace/Best Buy dig; but mostly it’s Imus being Imus. I don’t think there is any real underlying ratings dispute or problem; its Imus putting down his audience for yucks which is nothing new or revolutionary.

Ratings were up Friday because the markets were closed for Veterans Day – they dove on Monday because people that want biz news were concerned about Euro goings-on.
