I assume someone in the control room accesses images from their graphics library using a simple search query. Type in “United Nations” and this is one of the images that returns… so they clicked the wrong one with a simple mouse error or they chose the wrong one because they didn’t know any better. Either way, I’m surprised this doesn’t happen more often.

That doesn’t excuse them not recognizing it’s the WRONG IMAGE however…
