More Spitzer…
The New York Times’ Brian Stelter writes about Elliot Spitzer: media darling…
As CNN scrambles to replace Campbell Brown on its wounded prime-time line-up, the most intriguing name purportedly on the channel’s list is Eliot Spitzer, the disgraced former governor of New York.
Mr. Spitzer has held conversations — but so far only informal ones — about becoming a regular contributor to the cable news channel, according to two people who were briefed on the matter. But the people said he is not being courted for an anchoring job, contradicting a rumor printed by the Washington Examiner that he is in line to replace Ms. Brown at 8 p.m.

My God. From bad to worse ??? I know unemployment is high, but who ever talks with Spitzer about ANY job needs to be fired on the spot. CNN needs to take a few pages from the Fox News playbook …. or run a black screen most of the day.

Maybe CNN is planning to hire Ashley Didspitz as a co-host for him.

— planning to hire —
That would be even funnier if it wasn’t a distinct possibility.
