Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao Speaks Exclusively to CNN’s Fareed Zakaria

CNN’s Fareed Zakaria interviewed Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Thursday, Sept. 23 in New York City as world leaders gathered for the annual opening of the United Nations General Assembly. Zakaria and Premier Wen will discuss the measures China is taking to address the global economic crisis, Chinese-U.S. relations, China’s monetary policy, and other topics.

Zakaria last interviewed Premier Wen in 2008. The Chinese leader has given no Western media interviews since then.

The exclusive interview with Premier Wen will air on FAREED ZAKARIA GPS on Sunday, October 3, 2010, at 10a.m. ET on CNN/U.S. and at 8a.m. ET on CNN International.
