  1. The only two people on MSNBC that I trust to give me a non-leaning opinion are Willie Geist and Chuck Todd.

  2. Shuttle Enterprise circling Manhatten. Cool shots of One World Trade Center..it’s about half built now.

  3. Scum – that is what our President and his minions are. Have any of these people broken the law? No – they just have taken a different political stance on issues and this is what OUR PRESIDENT does.

  4. @MonicaCrowley Regret my tweeted question caused a stir. I certainly & unequivocally apologize to Sandra & anyone else I offended. Not my intention.

  5. That is chilling, Paminwi, but nothing new from this admin.

  6. As I look at the Cyvita ad on CNN, with it’s repetitive, unrepeatable tag-line, I really don’t want to hear another word about the low-rent ads on Fox. Not that anyone’s mentioned it in awhile.

  7. OMG!! Laura I sooooo know what you mean… That phrase that they say like 10 times in the same rhythmic monotone just totally creeps me out!!! I have to turn the channel when I hear it. HAHA!

  8. ^ Can that be arranged?

  9. Unfortunately in my household the only one that can’t beat me up is the dog, and she is too dumb to know it.

  10. dwpender Says:

The NBC family (at least CNBC) is also running this questionable ad!

As far as I can tell, cable news today subsists on political, “performance enhancing” medication, and lawsuit soliciting/fomenting ads.

  11. The ED ads are bad enough, with their requisite warnings, but at least those are legitimate products. These “enhancement” products should be too embarrassing to run.

  12. Ryan Seacrest signed a deal with NBC News. In spite of this sign of the impending apocalypse, I shall go on record as stating that he was very good with serious stuff as a fill-in for Larry King. Like, “Where the hell did that come from?” good.

  13. Doesn’t Seacrest own Keeping Up With… What’s-her-butts?

  14. Obama web ad with back-patting for ordering Osama raid and then implying Romney would not have not have journeys into Scum-suckin-dog Territory.

  15. Four who the Trayvon Martin shooting have flushed out as nasty black racists:

    Spike Lee
    Roland Martin
    Charles Blow
    Touré

  16. missy5537 Says:

Paraphrasing Trump’s statement to Greta, 0bama’s decision was a no-brainer – who wouldn’t have commanded that UBL be taken out? What was the alternative – no, let’s just leave him be?

  17. “Thank you, the Space Shuttle, for ending your historic run of space exploration today… by humping a 747.” – Jimmy Fallon

  18. FYI, Andy Levy will be on Justice with Judge Jeanine tonight commenting on the White House Correspondents Dinner. The show will be two hours tonight.

  19. See? If not for this stupid blog I would’ve completely ignored Judge Jeanine tonight. I’ll set it up to fast-forward through the rest of the boring programme.

Hmmm… I should prolly self-edit and remove “stupid” so not to offend the spudly one. But I won’t.

  20. “0bama’s decision was a no-brainer – who wouldn’t have commanded that UBL be taken out? What was the alternative – no, let’s just leave him be?”

^^The decision to take out OBL with a seal team was a bit more involved than Trump states. But he probably isn’t capable of understanding decisions that are more complex than “Your Fired”

  21. 3 things you don’t see:

    Fritz3 TV show

    Fritz Towers

Bestselling Book: The Art of the Fritz

  22. “See? If not for this stupid blog I would’ve completely ignored Judge Jeanine tonight. I’ll set it up to fast-forward through the rest of the boring programme.” – Al

Gee, sorry, Al. I’m sorry I didn’t have something to post that was worthy of your intellectual interest.

  23. “Paraphrasing Trump’s statement to Greta, 0bama’s decision was a no-brainer – who wouldn’t have commanded that UBL be taken out? What was the alternative – no, let’s just leave him be?” – missy

Obama: We’re not going to spike the football. We don’t trot out this stuff as trophies.
    Until the campaign.

  24. I wasn’t being critical of you, Carol. Seriously, Andy Levy’s take on things is worth watching and I wouldn’t have known he was on tonight without your post.

  25. to me, no one could combine hilarity and political astuteness like Judge Jeanine

  26. Anyone who thinks a Republican president wouldn’t mention killing bin Laden on their watch is a blithering idiot. It’s a foreign policy accomplishment. You mention it.

  27. you don’t spike it, make a bumper sticker out of it, or say the other guy wouldn’t do it. No class. None at all.

  28. “I wasn’t being critical of you, Carol. Seriously, Andy Levy’s take on things is worth watching and I wouldn’t have known he was on tonight without your post.” – Al

I apologize, Al. I guess I’m suffering from the anticipation of seeing Andy Levy on a two-hour show!

  29. “Anyone who thinks a Republican president wouldn’t mention killing bin Laden on their watch is a blithering idiot. It’s a foreign policy accomplishment. You mention it.” – joeremi

Joe, of course a Republican president would mention it. As President Obama should. I’m just questioning why President Obama said he would not spike the football or use the killing of Osama as a trophy, etc. He’s no better than any other presidential candidate but always tries to make us believe he is different, he does not do things so he can take credit, etc.

  30. And Bill Clinton, of all people, should not make a commercial stating that a President Romney would not have taken out Osama. President Clinton had several chances to do the same, but chose not to. Stay classy, Obama campaign.

  31. The right has bitched at Obama for a year about how it wasn’t that big a deal; Bush did it; Romney said it wasn’t worth the trouble…buncha inconsiderate whiners. Bin Laden is dead and General Motors is alive. Suck on it.

  32. I spit it out. Into the gutter. Where it belongd.

  33. Whine whine whine. If you really were so bothered by the guy, you would have found a decent candidate for November. Oops.

  34. We found a great candidate. The one I wanted all along. The one Obama’s people feared the most. The one who will win.

  35. Oh no, we can’t show Osama pictures, that would invite retaliation. But Obama can do a victory dance, and that buffoon, Biden can drive around with an “Osama I’d dead” bumper sticker, that’s okay. How many will die so these bozos can play politics with the Navy Seals work?

  36. They’ll keep doing it for as long as they have absolutely nothing else to brag about. Period.

  37. He prevented a complete financial meltdown, and saved the American auto industry. Romney would have let both “hit bottom”. Yeah, that would’ve been GREAT.

  38. I admire President Obama for taking Osama out. But he did it after the groundwork was already laid by President Bush. Just because Bush said he didn’t care about getting Osama, doesn’t mean he wasn’t trying to. And a President Romney would have done the same thing as President Obama, I think.

  39. BS. Paulson and Berneke halted the meltdown. Obama the idiot allowed the Democratic Congress to squander the stimulus on dumbass projects with little lasting benefit but long lasting debt larger than all previous administrations combined. Wasted two years on a hated health care plan that will either will be declared unconstitutional or repealed. Romney’s structured bankruptcy plan would have also saved GM and not left taxpayers owning a third of it and GM still owing 60 billion dollars. Fiat saved Chrysler as much as anything. Obama has been a horrible President.

  40. -He prevented a complete financial meltdown-

That’s what they keep saying but that doesn’t make it true. The financial market bailout took place under President Bush, and the claim of saving us from a financial meltdown is dubious even for him. The auo bailouts also started under Bush and President Obama’s admin handled the bankruptcies. Poorly. The stimulus was a waste and part of rhe reason why the economy is sputtering along so poorly now.

  41. watching WH correspondents dinner. Obama funny. First Kimmel bit sucked.

  42. Kimmel done. 50% funny. 40% so-so. 10% not.

  43. Obama’s own dog jokes were very funny which made Kimmel’s mostly not.

  44. Watching Don Lemon. I think he thinks this is all a bunch of crap.

  45. Not too bright, whoever runs Jeanine’s show. Crowder or Levy, either would be very good at providing commentary of #whcd but having both on together diluted the entire segment to the point that it was boring.

  46. Only CNN was watchable, and I just shut that off.

  47. – CNN –

I especially enjoyed the part where they cut away from the Prez for a commercial.

  48. missy5537 Says:

Yup – 0bama is a strategic genius, and gutsy as well. And by the way, has anyone ever heard of Admiral William McRaven?
Of course we haven’t. But he’s the one who actually ran the bin laden raid! Strangely enough, HE didn’t get any credit at all.

    http://news.investors.com/article/609557/201204271858/navy-admiral-made-bin-laden-decision.htm

And isn’t it nice that 0bama is renting out the “war room” to NBC as part of his campaign.

  49. The names of the people involved in the operation were purposely kept quiet for their safety. Come on, Missy, there’s no way you didn’t know that.

  50. Al, Levy and Crowder weren’t on long enough. I know there was nothing that could have been done about that, but I waited almost two hours for five minutes of Andy Levy. Serves me right for staying home on a Saturday night.
President Obama was OK. I thought he was funnier than Kimmel who was a little too partisan. I thought what Pat Caddell said was true – that President Obama doesn’t do self-deprecation as well as other presidents do. Also, why all the celebrities? Aren’t their 100 awards shows every year enough exposure for them? Lord, I hate Hollywood.

  51. Doesn’t bother most military officers when the SecDef or CnC takes the credit because, from those up his chain of command, the admiral got all the credit he needed.

  52. I suppose that Keith Olbermann behaving like Keith Olbermann should surprise no one. Hothouse flowers defer to him.

  53. Olbermann tweeting that Kimmels nasty jokes retaliation for Keith turning down an invite to Jimmy’s show. LOL

  54. Of all the people Kimmel roasted, Olbermann should be the most thankful for the mention.

  55. Christie is like “He made fat cannibal jokes about me. Take a pill.”.

  56. missy5537 Says:

Yes, I know that the identities of the specific people involved (including all of “Seal Team Six”) were supposed to be kept safe. Fine. But why does 0 hire Bill Clinton and get NBC News to tell the world what a strategic brainiac he was to order bin Laden taken down? My Pug would have known to do this!

  57. Missy, your delusional hatred of all things Liberal makes an intelligent discussion with you about this topic impossible.

  58. libertyandjustice Says:

Missy, when I visit this site, I always enjoy reading your comments! Keep up the great work!

  59. A little bit of things liberal goes a long way. Use it to help people get on their feet, not to let them sit on their asses.

  60. A liitle bit of liberal goes a long way, use it to inspire for the common good, not to divide with class warfare.

  61. A little bit of liberal goes a long way. Use it to chip away at prejudice, not to rig the system.

  62. libertyandjustice Says:

A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have.
    – Thomas Jefferson

  63. The only thing standing in the way of a doomed society of poverty and violence is liberals.

  64. lonestar77 Says:

    ^Ha.
Liberals live off poverty and violence. Without poverty, nobody would vote for your guys. Liberals essentially buy votes from people who are dependent on the government. The goal of the left is to increase dependency. Violence? Compare OWS to tea party protests. How often do conservatives riot in the streets when things don’t go their way? Wait till Zimmerman is acquitted, you’ll see your fair share of violence.

  65. Oh goodie, more endless wingnut ranting.

  66. No “What’s Hot and Not”. Should we put out an APB on Master Spud?

  67. lonestar77 Says:

“Oh goodie, more endless wingnut ranting.”

“The only thing standing in the way of a doomed society of poverty and violence is liberals.”

  68. lonestar77 Says:

Do you deny that the more people the left can get living on the government and not paying income taxes, the more people they add to their voter rolls?

  69. Master Spud?

I suppose he could be a Jedi. (What) The F Is With Him(?).

  70. Always two there are, a master and an apprentice.

  71. Yes, I deny your rightwing lunacy.

  72. missy5537 Says:

From lonestar: “the more people the left can get living on the government and not paying income taxes, the more people they add to their voter rolls”.

That is the exact “strategery” of the dems. They can’t figure out how to prosper the country, so they’re hoping that the mooches can take over and suck the working and investor classes dry. Otherwise, what can they run on?

  73. Yeah, I’m kinda sick of this site being used as a rightwing blog to sling lying BS about liberals. You guys don’t have an effing clue what you’re talking about, and don’t give a damn about the poor.

  74. I see that The Weather Channel turns 30 in a couple/three days. I have to wonder whether there’ll be any weather in their celebration.

If Jake Tapper had really written all those un-laughed-at jokes that Kimmel used last night he’d be dog meat today.

  75. The only “HOT” that comes to my mind this week is Cavuto’s EP who left FBN for CNBC.

  76. lonestar77 Says:

Take a pill, Joe. You’re the one who brought up something about liberals saving the universe from being violent and poor.

“don’t give a damn about the poor”. Blah, blah & bleh.

  77. I came up with it after an endless string of liberal-bashing. You guys don’t even care about cable news..it’s all about trumpeting how swell conservatism is, while b!tching about liberals and “bias” and blah blah BLAH.

  78. Don’t care about cables news? There is a childish jab.

  79. lonestar77 Says:

It was Sunday. I don’t watch cable news on Sunday.
