  1. Memorial Day weekend. Let’s everyone take a minute in rememberce of those who died keeping us safe and free.

Today is “Everybody Blog About Brett Kimberlin Day”…

Brett Kimberlin is a convicted domestic terrorist known as the Speedway bomber,he is also a suspected murder, pedophile.drug dealer, convicted perjurer, forger and stalker….he is a cult hero to the Left who has been given money by the Tides foundation,George Soros,Barbra Streisand,Teresa Heinz Kerry and others….he has ties to the OWS movement and the Hacker group Anonymous.

He was dug up by Dems to try to smear Dan Quayle (during the 1988 race for the White House) by claiming Quayle brought drugs from him.

He’s in the news today because of a series of lawsuits he has
filed in an attempt to silence anyone from exposing his past….his
targets (mostly Conservative but some Liberal)have been falsely accused of crimes they didn’t commit, lost their jobs, been forced to flee their homes and are in fear for their lives from the harassment from Kimberlin and his allies and for some reason Law enforcement won’t do anything about him even though he was got red handed falsely accusing someone for an assault that didn’t happen and other illegal actions.

I could give you a bunch of links to read up on this guy but just
Google Brett Kimberlin and you shouldn’t have any trouble finding out about this Liberal hero…just don’t look up Wikipedia as he has manage to keep getting any page about him there scrubbed from their site.

It should be noted the MSM aren’t touching this story.

  3. ^ It shoulded be noted this is another useless rant from a crazyperson who sees commies in every closet.

  4. There are commies in every closet. I have mine organize my shoes.

Yesterday Chris Matthews interviewed Newt Gingrich. Matthews wanted Newt to hammer Romney and Newt really didn’t comply. But it was an interesting interview. At the end Chris said something like, Don’t go back to Fox, come here. Or something similar. I wonder if Newt is going to be MSNBC’s new Pat Buchanan?

  6. Chris got Newt to restate that Mitt lied to win the primaries. That’s as strong a statement as you can expect from a former candidate who is supposedly endorsing the presumptive nominee.

He told Newt to remain independent so he could be on all the cable channels.

Btw, one thing I really like about Carol is she actually watches the MSNBC shows she comments on.

    Excellent post by Larry.

After belatedly watching the HBO series “The Pacific” I picked up Eugene Sledge’s book that the series was, in part, based on: “With the Old Breed: At Pelielu and Okinawa.” The “old breed” is the nickname for the First Marine Division.

It’s not in the league with the classics “Red Badge of Courage” and “All Quiet on the Western Front” but it’s very good in parts. It really does describe quite chillingly the overwhelming sheer terror and fear they went through. Bouts of terror that were only offset with long periods of desperation. Fatigue, disease, terror…day after day for months.

They gave us all they had and more and we really should be forever grateful.

  11. There was an excellent discussion this evening on AC360 on the various uprisings, wars and elections happening now, and over the past year, in the Middle East and North Africa. The four CNN foreign correspondents painted a bleak but fascinating picture as to where the region is headed over the next few years.

It’s what cable news should strive for but rarely achieves these days; where pre-election coverage and human interest stories dominate the air waves.

  12. Foreign policy lady comes on msnbc to tell about nasty Muslim treatment of women around world, but Uh oh…wrong thing to do Leftist net.

Then the MSNBC host brought in Harvard professor Leila Ahmed, who questioned whether Eltahawy should have written the article at all. Not because it was false, but because it made Muslims look bad.

    Eltahawy seemed taken aback.

“That’s the whole point,” she said. “It’s not me that makes Muslims look bad. It’s those atrocities that make Muslims look bad. And as a writer, it’s my job to poke the painful places.”

Harris-Perry declined to respond to a subsequent email asking if she ever refused to report a violent crime because it would make some group look bad!

fritz, was that the same special that had Nic Robertson as a guest? THAT Nic Robertson? Just checking.

  14. Thanks for the link Bricko. I don’t usually watch MHP because I find her show has too many dry academic discussions on the oppression of women and blacks in the US; worthy subjects but not ones that I am overly interested in.

The segment in the WND article was very well done and both host and guests were respectful to each other at all times. The disagreement seemed to be whether a discussion of misogyny in the Islamic world was productive to a good relationship of Muslims and the west – or not. MHP tried to tie the discussion into a pet peeve of hers; how black women in the US should deal with misogyny.

The article had nothing to do with the discussion and instead pulled a few random out of context quotes trying to make some argument that I never did understand but I assume was to try to paint Muslims (and MHP) in a bad light.

I suggest anyone interested in the subject watch the entire video (Bricko that doesn’t means you) but don’t bother with the article as it makes no sense.

  15. “fritz, was that the same special that had Nic Robertson as a guest? THAT Nic Robertson? Just checking.”

^^ Yeah Nic was there; but that world renowned middle east expert Rush Limbaugh must have been just to busy to attend the discussion. Maybe next year he’ll have more time available; considering his ratings are not as corpulent as he is any more. 😉

I know Joe downplayed the Kimberlin story no surprise there meanwhile another Conservative Blogger who has been doing stories about Kimberlin has been targeted by being SWATted…

SWATing is the act of placing a phoney 9/11 call to Police from a victims home claiming there’s been a shooting or murder…of course the Police respond believing they’ll encounter a armed suspect…as you can imagine the possibility of someone getting hurt or killed is very great….this may be a variation of suicide by Cop…Murder by COP.

The latest victim is CNN contributor Erick Erickson who was targeted the other night.

Now Joe will say this is no big deal..having someone trying to get the Police to kill their enemies is nothing to get worked up about.
