Meet The New Boss…Same As The Old Boss…
Sarah Palin signs with FNC again…
Former Governor Sarah Palin Rejoins FOX News Channel as Contributor
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin is rejoining FOX News as a contributor, announced Roger Ailes, Chairman and CEO of the network. Palin will appear on FOX News Channel’s (FNC) daytime and primetime programming, starting with FOX & Friends on Monday, June 17th. She will also contribute to FOX Business Network (FBN).
This is odd since the CW was that Palin and FNC had worn out their welcome so to speak. It would be interesting in hearing why Palin decided to return for another round…

Besides pandering to the far right why else would they hire her again?

She’s said some isightful things in the past albeit sparingly. Hopefully (emphasis on hopefully) she can bring something new to the table, but if she is only going to be on Hannity and Greta yet again then pass.

Actual political analysis would be a start. “Freedom constitution for the military and also there” is not that.

^^ Why Palin would want back on FNC is obvious – money and face time on TV. Why Ailes felt it necessary to bring her back is the question. Blackmail comes to mind.

As with Fritz, the question for me is not why Palin decided to return to FNC but why did Ailes accept her? Cui bono?
As far as I can see she doesn’t have much of a following any more on the right except for the fringe types.
But she does continue to drive liberals batty, doesn’t she?

There is your answer. That entertainment value alone is worth the annoyance.

Because “annoying people” is what passes for a “qualification” on that network.

I do not understand the “because liberals hate her” defense. That’s like saying Martin Bashir is a god choice for MSNBC because he pisses conservatives off. Anybody wanna run with that one..?

^
Nobody watches Bashir except a scattering of the “Hate America” crowd.
